About Us

Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated, Kappa Psi Chapter was chartered on April 30, 1976 at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Our community service projects include March of Dimes Bikers for Babies, Angel Food Ministries, A Voteless People is a Hopeless People, Brother's Keeper, Go to High School Go to College, Project Alpha, and many more projects across the board. The university recognizes our contributions in the community, awarding us the UALR Trojan Cup for 2011 and various other awards in the past years.

Some of our social events

Renaissance Greek Show- This show has been successful for 14 strong years. Step teams travel from across the regions and showcase their skills with the chance to win a cash prize.

Haunted House of Alpha- The UALR campus continues to attempt for social events to thrive, and our chapter has made one of the greatest contributions with that. This event is held at the ClearChannel Metroplex on the night of Holloween annually.

Black and Gold Pageant- This pageant gives back to our campus. We take beautiful, talented young women from the campus community and give them a chance to show their talent with a chance to win a scholarship to be used at UALR.
